Kindergarten Registration
To register your child, please bring the following information:
- Proof of age (certified birth certificate or other document approved by the principal)
- Court order for guardianship (if student is living with someone other than the parent)
- Proof of residency (two documents)
- Immunizations/shot record and Kindergarten Health Assessment (See below for new immunization requirements)
- Early registration will ensure bus transportation on the first day of school
